Learning to recognize more words will help a kid be confident while reading and be encouraged towards reading even more. In addition these words will also prove helpful in gaining more vocabulary words for kindergarten kids. The reading skill of kindergartener can be really enhanced by learning these words. The Easter-themed list includes the words: egg, bunny, hide, chick, candy, ham, spring, and basket.Sight words are words that are frequent in the kids reading text. Patrick's Day words include: luck, jig, green, pot, gold, leaf, clover, and harp. Here is a Valentines-themed unit, containing the following words: friend, Cupid, like, heart, kiss, love, hug, date, rose, and gift.
